Just Breathe

It’s taken 28 a years, a life coach, and a commitment to live on purpose to realize that sometimes…we just have to stop everything and just breathe. Inhale and then exhale. Then close your eyes and do it again, but this time breathe in, slowly…until you can’t take in any more air…and then blow it out.  As you exhale, slowly and with intention, pay attention. Really pay attention. If you’re truly in the moment. Something will come up. That feeling you’ve been suppressing may flow out of you in the form of tears or immense joy and laughter.

Breathing deep and getting in tune with your body is a gift that I recommend you give to yourself at any time you choose. If you’re feeling stressed, excited, nervous, angry, tired, confused, grateful, blessed…just breathe and know that it will all work out.
